CREDIT DEFAULT SWAPS CONTRACTS

I paid recently for a loan of missing school, an account of the credit card and other small negative things in my file. I have no more money but I don 't have any credit. I have a good job and I want to build my credit. Now I have no credit card. What can I do to build my credit? Currently, my FICO scores is 572 (I KNOW, I know it 's the bad) but I have been much more responsible and just want to get my credit up so I can buy a house at some point. Please do not tell me that I am irresponsible. Just want to get some advice would be someone who knows. I have looked at the credit cards that offer credit to people with poor credit, but the finance charges and interest rates are insane. Do I need to just pay the penalties for these bad credit cards or is there a faster way to build my credit? Thanks for your help.
