Firstly, I am a citizen of the E.E.U.U. I am entering a financial hardship, so I can not make up some credit cards / loans that I had. I have some questions: 1) if I left the country without paying these debts, creditors can I locate my foreign address and send the summons? 2) I don 't have any features or car, but I believe the IRA and life insurance in the U.S., creditors can decorate them without my consent? 3) does my creditor is entitled to garnish my husband 's account? We don 't have any joint account, but common store returns. ¿4) if I need to renew my passport (I can apply from overseas of course), have potential problems? Please explain in detail. Thank you for all your input in advance. Please note that I am not trying to get away from these debts. Me just trying to discover Senario worst case, if I have to leave the country, it's negative impact to my husband? You also need to ensure that they are able to renew my passport in order that I may return to the U.S. and offset my debt! ¡Compensaré my debts once my financial situation gets better! Thank you
